I’ve been talking about this with a lot of people lately, the fact that we’re all small children inside animal bodies with huge egos. And then there’s consciousness. Which can be more or less evolved.
A lot of people seem to think that we’re a lot wiser than we are. Putting unconscious people in power is one way we manifest this. As if one person is supposed to be able to handle all that power and responsibility sensibly. I’m not so sure.
It’s not my intent to be political, but I do believe we need to talk about this more. Consciousness and awareness is what makes us wise. Deep healing is required for the inner child to not be triggered and overreact to a lot of our daily situations. An unchecked ego can really make a mess. And the vehicle that is our body, not being taken care of, will, sooner or later, break down.
We have immese potential because we are spiritual beings. And we’re having a human experience which is messy and not always wise.
Strengthen your consciousness. And beware of your humanness. We’re both, and messy is okay.
