We're spiritual beings having a human experience

To me, it's very clear there is more to life than meets the eye, more to me than fits this body, more to our existance than only this realm. I believe we all have a soul that travels, that we are meant to grow and learn and have certain experiences that help us do that.

This belief also applies to how I view research. I believe that there is so much more to our existance and our universe than we will ever comprehend with our physical brain, and I believe that's just the way it should be. I don't need scientific proof to know whether something is good for me or not, to know where to go with my life or to know what the meaning is. If I feel it's right, I know it's right. Right for me, right for now.

I believe that the universe has it all figured out. We will be handed scientific breakthroughs and major paradigm shifts when the human race is ready for it. First there are the believers who don't need proof, then there are the people who has a gut feeling or who logically figure something out and then go on a hunt to find proof (when the time is right, the universe will hand them the proof needed to convince them) and after that comes the people who follow the scientific proofs and don't buy in to things that aren't proven scientifically.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge fan of science and I love when I can back things up with scientific proof. But, I don't need it for myself. Belief is enough for me. I believe I am a spiritual being, just like everyone else, and that we, the spirituals, don't need science. We do, however, have psysical brain in this realm, and our brain really likes logic, some brains more than others.

Of course, there are no rights or wrongs when it comes to beliefs, just as in there are rarely rights and wrongs, there are only consequences. The consequence for me not needing science for all my beliefs is that I might sometimes write about things in this blog that can't be scientifically proven, yet. But when I have science to back things up, I will provide it, and luckily, for my readers who are more sceptical to my spiritual approach, there most often is when it comes to physical health.

Remember, there is often a difference between facts and the truth. What do you believe?
