My take on stress

I recorded this on a whim on Saturday but honestly feel a bit vulnerable posting it. Stress is such a controversial subject for many because everyone is affected one way or another.

Just because this is how I see the root cause of stress doesn’t mean I mean it’s easy, although I don’t think it needs to be so complicated either.
